3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH INFO-TECH RESEARCH GROUP, INC., IN
5 THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND, NINE
6 HUNDRED FOUR AND 93/100 DOLLARS ($284,904.93), PLUS
7 APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES,FOR A ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OF THE
8 INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT'S MEMBERSHIP
9 FOR IT RESEARCH AND ADVISORY SERVICES; AND FOR OTHER
10 PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS, on October 23, 2024, the City entered into a contract with Info-Tech Research Group,
13 Inc., to provide a membership for research and advisory services to the City's Information Technology
14 Department with the goal of growing the City's IT program;and,
15 WHEREAS,the City's Information Technology Department has a need to renew the existing contract
16 for its research and advisory services membership for the period of three(3)years;and,
17 WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025), vendor
18 selection of Info-Tech Research Group, Inc., was made utilizing the cooperative purchasing entity, Texas
19 Department of Information Resources Contract No.DIR-COR-5251;and,
20 WHEREAS,per Info-Tech Research Group,Inc.'s October 24,2025 service proposal attached hereto
21 as Exhibit A,the cost to renew membership services for research and advisory services for a period of three
22 (3)years is Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand,Nine Hundred Four and 93/100 Dollars ($284,904.93),
23 plus applicable taxes and fees.Payable over three years.
24 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
25 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
26 Section 1.The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract to renew the IT Department's
27 membership with Info-Tech Research Group,Inc for advisory and research services,in the amount of Two
28 Hundred Eighty Four Thousand, Nine Hundred Four and 93/100 Dollars ($284,904.93) plus applicable
29 taxes and fees,for the period of three(3)years.
30 Section 2.Funds for this membership are allocated in Account No. 103001-61350.
31 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
2 resolution.
3 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
