3 A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE DISTRICT AT BRECKENRIDGE
4 TEMPORARY ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT FOR THE PERIOD OF
5 JANUARY 1, 2026, THROUGH APRIL 30, 2026; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS,on July 23,2019,the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,passed
9 Little Rock,Ark., Ordinance No. 21,761 ("LRO 21,761"), which permitted the creation of a Temporary
10 Entertainment Districts(TED);and
11 WHEREAS, the Breckenridge TED was created, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 16, 476
12 (October 15,2024)("LRR 16,476")on October 15,2024,the Board of Directors adopted Little Rock,Ark.,
13 Resolution No. 16,476, approving the establishment of The District at Breckenridge as a Temporary
14 Entertainment District;and
15 WHEREAS,this TED was extended on January 21, 2025,the Board of Directors adopted Little
16 Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 16,572, extending The District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment
17 District for the period of December 31,2024,through December 31,2025;and
18 WHEREAS, an application to further extend The District at Breckenridge Temporary
19 Entertainment District was received by the City on October 7, 2025,requesting approval for the period of
20 one hundred twenty days(120);and
21 WHEREAS,The District at Breckenridge(also known as Breckenridge Village), located at 10301
22 North Rodney Parham Road, has become a growing local destination envisioned as a restaurant and
23 entertainment hub, attracting visitors from across the City of Little Rock, surrounding communities, and
24 beyond;and
25 WHEREAS, the establishment of the Temporary Entertainment District has promoted economic
26 development,encouraged family-friendly activity,enhanced pedestrian engagement, and fostered a strong
27 sense of community among residents and visitors alike;and
28 WHEREAS, the requested extension will allow continued operation of The District at
29 Breckenridge TED for seven (7) days per week, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., from January 1, 2026,
30 through April 30,2026.
31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
32 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:

1 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves the extension of The District at Breckenridge
2 Temporary Entertainment District for the period beginning January 1,2026,through April 30,2026.
3 Section 2.The TED shall operate seven(7)days a week, from 11:00 a.m.to 10:00 p.m..
4 Section 3. Severaaility. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
5 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
6 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
7 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
8 ordinance.
9 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
10 with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such.
