Owners are requesting for the new structure to be shifted 10 feet back from property line as shown on the enclosed Site Plan. Please note the new plan also shows the driveway to be 20 feet wide as well as the overall area coverage is now less than the 39% but still more than 30%. This percentage does include the pool. As instructed when I met with Mr. Romie Price, also enclosed is a copy of the new variance request and a copy of the envelopes addressed and sent by regular mail postmarked July 25, 2025 to the neighboring 200' of this property, as well as the Abstract list.
