This plat does not have any building lines or easements. It was filed/draw in May of 1908. The lots are nominally 50' wide and 140' deep. There is a lengthy hand written document that is not legible on my copy of the plat. It is filed in plat book 1 on page 80, obviously one of the original subdivisions. Tommy Bond, P.E., P.S. Attached are some updated dimensions added to the survey, but below are the direct responses to each question. 1. Approximately 40' from back of house to rear property line. 2. Yes, the front of the house comes flush with the existing front property line. 3. New pool SF is approximately 350sf. 4. Front property line.to street edge at the closest point is approximately 26'-9". 5. 1 guess so. Tommy Bond might know this one .... Does the front of the house sit directly on the property line? What is the square footage of the new pool? What is the distance from the front property line to the street edge?
