1. Roof

a. Remove and replace necessary decking and rafters as needed to maintain structural integrity. Replace felt and
shingles to match original as close as possible. Owner may replace all shingles on roof, if using a three -tab shingle as
existing.
2. Fascia / Soffit
a. Repair and replace existing soffit where missing or deteriorated. Match existing detail on front second floor gable end.
3. Walk to house / Sidewalk
a. Replace walk to front steps with broom finish non -colored or stained concrete. Replace in same width as original.
Make walk flush with sidewalk and meet steps where original walk met steps in elevation.
b. Owner may replace city sidewalk if desired. Sidewalk to be in same location with 48" width and same finish as above.
4. Grounds.
a. Remove trash and clean as necessary.
b. Prune trees (cleartrunk) by removing no more than the branches on the lower third of tree.
5. Fencing
a. Repair and replace rotten and deteriorated boards in fence along alley and property lines. Retain functionality of gate.
