In response to your letter of October 5, 2000, the Historic District Commission does not have
transcripts of its meetings. However, to accommodate what I believe to be the intent of your request,
I have enclosed copies of the Historic District Commission minutes since November of 1999. The
minutes for the October meeting have not yet been prepared and approved, but will be available after
the Commission's next regular meeting.
If you would like to view the COA applications and select items for copying, please call to
make an appointment between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and I will arrange
to have the files brought to our conference room for your convenience. The rulings on these
applications can be found in the enclosed minutes. The city's charge for copies is 25 cents per page.
