To Whom It May Concern:
I have examined all windows at the property located at 308 E. 14th Street, Little
Rock, Arkansas, and we found that only three of the twenty two wood windows
remain repairable. The wood was rotten or had been stapled or epoxied.
I recommend using vinyl double pane replacement windows because of the
durability, quality and ease of installation. They would eliminate the need to
install after -market storm windows and more accurately portray the original look
of the house. As indicated by the attached quotes, wood replacement costs
would be prohibitive.
Pictures and addresses of homes with vinyl replacement windows within a six or
seven block radius of this property have been provided for your inspection.
