1 have enclosed the "appfication of appropriateness" and an attached list of proposed work to be done.
1 would like to appear at the next commission meeting. In reg8rds to the mailing to other property owners do I need
to address them to the owner by name or will "Owner' be acceptable. If the specific name is needed where do I find
the name of the property owners. If I understand correctly I need to mail ft letters by 3-28-20M and send them
with a receipt of trailing. Please let me know how 1 need to proceed.
