Proposed changes to the exterior of the property.
1. Replace windows on the right front side of the building. Windows to wood doublehung as to match the
original windows. Trim & molding to match windows over float porch.
2. Install storm windows over all exterior windows.
3. Close the added door on the front left side of the porch, to retu¢n the front facade to original litre
appearance.
4. Replace ftont door with steel exterior door with full view glass pane[. Instal] sidelights on both sides
of replacement door.
6. East side of house, close second window from left second story and second window Rook right on
ground floor.
7. West side of house close door at back of hwase.
8. Install HVAC unit on west side of rear addition. Under the sable roof vent
9. Repaint brick foundation.
10. Repair & reinstall gutters.
