My name is Rodney Parham and I am with Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects here in Little Rock and I am
representing Mike and Cathy Mayton on a Carport addition to the north side of their home at 1911 Country
Club Lane in Little Rock. The design of the Carport will be a low profile addition that will cover the existing
Motor Court next to their house.
I have attached the Notice of Public Hearing for the Board of Adjustment that includes the date, time and
place of the hearing. I have also attached the survey of their property that shows the extent of their
proposed Carport addition.
