Letter of Intent
In support of Request for Variance
1911 Country Club Lane, Little Rock, AR 72207
This letter of intent is in support of our request for a side yard variance for a Carport
addition to our home at 1911 Country Club Lane. Our need for this Carport addition is to
provide Covered Parking for our vehicles. We wish to have covered parking attached to our
house so we can access our vehicles in inclement weather.
Our home is situated in a lower elevation, private, discrete area off a public street. The
planned Carport will be built over our existing Motor Court on the north side of our home.
The roof will be low profile and will not extend in height above the exterior brick wall of our
existing house and will be designed to blend with the architecture of our existing home.
