3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE ROCK ZOO
4 BOARD OF GOVERNORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

Section 1. The following named person is hereby reappointed to a third term as a
member of the Little Rock Zoo Board of Governors:
George Mallory is reappointed to serve a third three -year term because the Zoo is in
the middle of completing extensive capital expenditures in a major bond campaign involving
Zoo improvements and his experience is vital to the successful conclusion of those
improvements, said term expiring on February 16, 2010.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
