The property's legal description is Lot 6 and the south 1/5 of Lot 5, Blok 22, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas." This office building was built in 1955. The 2006 survey form states: "This standard 20th Century Commercial structure has expressed columns and beams with solid and transparent walls independent of structure. Built for Price Chiropractic in 1955." It is considered a "Contributing Structure" to the MacArthur Park Historic District. This application is to install one additional sign on the west fagade of the building approximately six square feet.
