Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.

District Commission on October 12, 2015. The hearing will be held in the Board Room
at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at 5:00
p.m.

PROJECT BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION:
The subject property is located at 200 E 13th Street. The
property's legal description is Lot 6 and the south 1/5 of
Lot 5, Blok 22, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas."
This office building was built in 1955. The 2006 survey
form states: "This standard 20th Century Commercial
structure has expressed columns and beams with solid
and transparent walls independent of structure. Built for
Price Chiropractic in 1955." It is considered a
"Contributing Structure" to the MacArthur Park Historic
District.
This application is to install one additional sign on the
west fagade of the building approximately six square feet.

October 12, 2015 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved
your Certificate of Appropriateness of the Additional sign. The final vote was 6 ayes
and 1 noes.

should be kept with your important papers. I have also enclosed a copy for your use.
