the U.S. Interstate Highway No. 30 right of way; and all of
that part of the closed alley lying between said Lots, all in
Block 4, MASONIC ADDITION to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as reflected in Ordinance No.
13,166, recorded in Book 1393 at Page 565.
