a) Remove existing built up roof down to wood decking and haul off debris. Install 1 1/2 ISO
recovery board as a new base for TPO welded roof system with mechanically attached,
adhesive and welded seams.
b) Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1 x boards for decking.)
c) Install white metal flashing around top of parapet walls.
d) Reinstall AC unit(s) on top of roof.
