1) Brick Repair at front of house
a) Replace missing bricks as needed to match existing pattern.
b) Use Type N mortar with joint to match existing.
2) Window Repair
a) Replace or repair top window sash of front fagade window on the west side. Replace
only sash member that is deteriorated. Keep existing glass when possible.
b) If replacing, new sash shall match the old in pattern of the openings and their size,
proportion of the frame and sash, configuration of window panes, muntin profiles, and
paint color. If possible, use existing glass in new sash.
