Deferred to July 7, 2025 meeting due to
failure to meet public notice requirements.
Staff provided an update on the design of bi-fold mailers that would be
mailed out to local ordinance district property owners twice a year.
The mailers were designed in-house by Arjun Saatia, Communications
and Marketing Coordinator. The mailers were sent out to property owners
and residents should have received them in the mail this past week.

Historic District Commission
Long Range & Preservation Planner Hiring Status
Planning Manager Ratzlaff shared that interviews had begun for the
position and the department hoped to have someone chosen end of June
or early July.
4. Enforcement Issues
Lot 9, Block 45 City of Little Rock—unpermitted installation of fencing
Assistant City Attorney Gardner said that there were currently no updates
to share and that the case was still active.
