1. Affidavit for Terry Burruss to act as Agent regarding Application
2. Application for PZD
3. Copy of Recent Survey
4. Site Plan - there is no proposed building
We are requesting a change in the current PCD for 11415 West Markham to PCD as C1, C2,
and C3. Future development of this site will necessitate a site plan review process as required
by the City of Little Rock.
