Dear Torrence: I have discussed with Monte Moore the need for a Bill of Assurance, and he advises one is not necessary as this is a single lot rezoning with a metes and bounds description
and is not in a subdivision, hence there is no Bill of Assurance. I hope this response is sufficient. Just let me know if you need anything else.
