Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit and the draft agenda for the September 11, 2025, Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the agenda, attached to verify your “Z” number.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, August 29, 2025.
Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached).
Copy of the certified abstract list. (Please note the abstract list must come from a licensed title and/or abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed at the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided
by the title search).
Finally, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible from the street.
