White, Jr., a Registered Professional Engineer and surveyed by Benson John LeBoeuf, a Registered Land Surveyor, which is identified by the title "LOT 33R and 35R EDGEHILL, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS" and the date , 2025 and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book , Page and the Grantors do hereby make'this Bill of Assurance, AND, the Grantors hereby certifies that they have laid off, platted and subdivided, and do hereby lay off, plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with said Final Re -plat. The lands embraced in said Final Re -plat shall be forever known as Lots 33R and 35R, Edgehill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; There are strips of ground shown and dimensioned on said Final Re -plat marked as easements reserved for the use of public utilities, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to delivery and dedication hereby of the easements shown on the said Final Re -plat. Hereafter, conveyance and description of any of said lands by lot number as shown on said Final Re -plat, shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof. The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the Grantors and shall be purchased by the Buyer thereof, subject to the restrictions set forth in the Bill of Assurances filed for record as Deed record 184, page 600 as filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Records of Pulaski County. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Final Re -plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Records of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown on the said plat.
