R"), that certain Declaration of Additional Restrictions and Covenants for Lot 8, Tract 1, Chenal Addition of record as Instrument Number 2024064814, and previously recorded on December 13, 2024, in the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Additional DCR" and together the Chenal Commercial BOA and Chenal DCR, collectively referred to as the "Bill of Assurance"), hereby ratify and affirm the Plat and Bill of Assurance covering the Lots. The foregoing ratification shall be deemed a covenant rumling with the land and shall be binding upon each Grantor's successors in interest as owners of the respective Lots.
