RATIFICATION OF DECLARATION

FOR LOT 8A, TRACT CH7�1VAL V ALLE ADDITION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, SPA CITE' HOSPITALITY, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, as their respective
interests may appear (hereinafter collectively called the "Grantor"), as the owner of Lot 8A, Tract 1 Chenal
Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the same Lot being replatted as Lot 8A, Tract 1 Chenal
Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as shown on Plat of record as Instrument Number
recorded on 2025 (the "Lot"), in the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas
(the "Plat") which are subject to that certain Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood by
PotlatchDeltic Real Estate, LLC, successor by name change of Deltic Real Estate LLC, Successor to Deltic
Timber Corporation, of record as Instrument No. 96-68199, and all amendments and supplements thereto filed
for record, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Chenal Commercial BOA") and that certain Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of Chenal Valley by PotlatchDeltic Real Estate, LLC, successor by name change
of Deltic Real Estate LLC, Successor to Deltic Timber Corporation, of record as Instrument No. 89-61706, and
all amendments and supplements thereto filed for record, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Chenal
PK. R"), that certain Declaration of Additional Restrictions and Covenants for Lot 8, Tract 1, Chenal Addition
of record as Instrument Number 2024064814, and previously recorded on December 13, 2024, in the records of
Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Additional DCR" and together the Chenal Commercial BOA and Chenal DCR,
collectively referred to as the "Bill of Assurance"), hereby ratify and affirm the Plat and Bill of Assurance
covering the Lots. The foregoing ratification shall be deemed a covenant rumling with the land and shall be
binding upon each Grantor's successors in interest as owners of the respective Lots.
