I do have a question about No. 3
I know on final plats for subdivisions we put the bearing and distances of the centerline on there.... but for replats
Like this where the road is existing ... I can tell you what the bearing is .... but that distances are you wanting
referenced? I typicallyjust put a dimension on both sides of the property along the road to the centerline —as
shown on this one.
Typically, the centerlines that are shown on replats like this are a best fit line of what we locate out in the field.

2. Adjacent lot/subdivision information is not shown
3. Street Centerlines with Bearing & Distance not shown
4. Once the above is done then it will comply to Conform to the Minimum Standards

Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been received and approved. Applicant is
responsible to furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.
