Whereas, Thomas A. Krellwitz & Laura A. Gonzalez Krellwitz, are the sole owners of the

ARKANSAS; MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF LOT 527, LONGLEA, PHASE VIIIw,
THENCE S37046'35"W-32.02'; THENCE S30°56'40"E-78.45'; THENCE S27°28'51"W-
55.70; THENCE N60°4701 "E-17.50'; THENCE N38°59' 12"E-83.37' TO THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 527, THENCE N58°51' 17"W, ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 527, 133.05' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AS DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2017005988, RECORDS OF PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said owners, hereinafter termed grantor has caused said tract of land to be surveyed
by Benson J. LeBoeuf, a Registered Land Surveyor with the State of Arkansas, License No. 1900, and a
plat thereof made which is identified by the title"
"Lot 527R, being a replat of Lot 527, Longlea VIIIw and Parcel NO. 43L0200000909, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas",
Dated April 16, 2025 and by the signature of the said engineer/surveyor and the said grantor and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the Office
of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instrument No.
and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said
plat. The lands embraced in said plat shalt be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of
conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
