That was an existing easement copied from when Lot 2B was created.... see attached
In the note on the original plat ... (upper right hand corner, next to vicinity map) it references just the 27' Access
Easement .... doesnt say anything about the utility portion of the easement.

Good afternoon! I just want to verify that the note about the utility easement between lot 2B and 2R-3 that says
that it shall "not serve property to the north and east said lot 213" means that only physical access is restricted
here? We have facilities that would be within this easement that serve 2R-3 and I want to verify that they would be
able to remain in place with this note. Thank you!
