The Home Depot Contractor Trade Show Event Overview
Description: The Contactor Trade Show is a tented event held in Home Depot
parking lots across the country. The goal is to connect The Home Depot brands
with local area contractors, and raise awareness of The Home Depot PRO Desk
services. Approximately 35 vendors will be given 10x10 exhibit spaces inside the
tent (flame -resistant pole tent), and lunch will be served by a local caterer. All
property owners support this event.
Location: 12610 Chenal Pkwy., Little Rock, AR 72211
Obstructions: This event will not cause any obstructions, street closures, or
disruption to traffic.
Physical Structure: An approximately 60x120 pole tent will be used to house
this event, and the certificate of flame resistance will be available on -site for
review at any time. Entrance, exit and fire exits will be clearly marked, and a fire
extinguisher will be easily accessible inside the tent. A 75KW generator will
SYPPIV electricit to the tent,
Timing: The event will be held April 27, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. Set-up
will be the day prior and tear -down will follow immediately after the close of the
show, to be completed by that evening.
Security: Overnight security will be provided the evening before.
Attendance: This is an invitation -only event, extended to local contractors. It is
not open to the public, and there will be less than 100 people inside the tent at
any one time.
Contact: U.S. Marketing & Promotions Agency has been contracted by The
Home Depot to plan, manage and execute this event series. U.S. Marketing &
Promotions is the authorized representative for The Home Depot for all aspects
of The Contractor Trade Show. The primary contact is Finley Mason (310-754-
3034).
Insurance: A certificate of insurance has been filed naming all relevant parties
as additional insured.
Food: The event will be catered. However, there is no cooking onsite.

• Tents are required to 013mply with the provisions Of Chapter 39 in the 14197
Arkansas Fire Prevention Code.

feet, additional extingui::hers are required for each Fuirlitional 200 square feel or
fraction thereof as per Se,,tion 3903.2.
• No smoking signs are required to be posted as per Secldon 3901.:�,'
• All heating and cooking equipment is required 1.o be installed as per the
Mechanical Code and Must be approved by the Fire Marshall.
