3 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT £t
4 MAINTENANCE FOR INSTALLATION OF FIRE STATION FLASHERS AT COLONEL
5 GLENN RD. AND MARLBOROUGH RD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the installation of a Fire Station Flashers at Colonel Glenn
8 Rd. and Marlborough Rd., under Bid No.06 -298; and
9 WHEREAS, Construction Management Et Maintenance submitted the lowest responsible bid,
10 In the amount of $44,097.63 ($40,088.75 plus 10% contingencies);
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
12 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Construction
14 Management Et Maintenance for installation of a Fire Station Flashers at Colonel Glenn Rd. and
15 Marlborough Rd, in the amount of $44,097.63 ($40,088.75 plus 10% contingencies).
16 Section 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in account 314 - 220 -TS22.
17 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
18 adoption.
