A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Et
MAINTENANCE FOR INSTALLATION OF A SIGNAL PROJECT AT RODNEY
PARHAM Et 1 -630 E; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the installation of a signal project at Rodney Parham Et 1 -630
E, Bid No.06 -297; and
WHEREAS, Construction Management Et Maintenance submitted the lowest responsible bid for
construction services in the amount of $99,852.23 ($90,774.75 plus 10% contingencies);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Construction
Management Et Maintenance for installation of a signal project at Rodney Parham Et 1 -630 E, in the
amount of $99,852.23 ($90,774.75 plus 10% contingencies).
Section 2. Funding for the project is available from remaining balances in 2004 Bond street
project accounts.
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
