3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
4 CONTRACT WITH H3 STUDIO FOR PHASE II OF THE PLANNING OF WAR
5 MEMORIAL PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, an invitation to bid was issued for Phase II of the planning of War Memorial Park and
8 H3 Studio submitted the most responsible and responsive bid in the amount of Forty -nine Thousand,
9 Five Hundred Dollars ($49,500.00);
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
11 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract
13 with H3 Studio for Phase II of the planning of War Memorial Park, in the amount of Forty -Nine
14 Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($49,500.00).
15 Section 2. Funding for this project is available through non -city funds.
16 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
17 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
18 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain

in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
