This site went to CBC (Case #631) for a variance to allow for the reduction in the width of the required perimeter
planting strips and was approved. The perimeter planting areas as shown on the attached pdf are acceptable. However, I
would like to see a proposed landscape plan before releasing permit.

Unless already done so, the parking lot addition should be submitted for plan review and building permit primarily for
review by Tracy Spillman regarding the Landscape Ordinance requirements.
