HomeMy WebLinkAbout124461 RESOLUTION NO. 12,446 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 6, 2007, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE 4 PETITION TO ABANDON THE 40 -FOOT -WIDE EAST CRESTWOOD DRIVE 5 RIGHT -OF -WAY LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 18 AND 19, PROSPECT TERRACE 6 ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors 9 vacate and abandon the 40- foot -wide East Crestwood Drive right -of -way (approximately 40 feet by 100 10 feet) located between Lots 18 and 19, Prospect Terrace Addition to the City of Little Rock, pursuant to 11 its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. S14 -54 -104. 12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 13 ROCK, ARKANSAS: 14 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall 15 be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall 16 at six o'clock on the 6th day of March 2007. 17 Section 2.
