To summarize what is required between the street right —of-way and parking area follows: Screening requirements will need to be met for the vehicular use areas adjacent to street right-of-ways. Provide screening shrubs with an average linear spacing of not less at three (3) feet within the required landscape area. Provide trees with an average linear spacing of not less than thirty (30) feet. Trees will need to be 2" caliper at the time of planting and shrubs will need to be 18" in height. You will need a minimum (2) different types of trees and (2) different types of shrubs In addition a minimum 25% of the trees and 75% of the shrubs will need to be evergreen. A couple of tree suggestions would be Willow Oak, and Treeform Foster Holly. Shrubs could be Dwarf Burford Holly, Indian Hawthorne and Knockout Roses. However, these are only suggestions and your free to choose anything you want. https:lliibrary.municode.com/index.aspx?clientld=11170 I would also like to have some sort of plan for the record showing what you are purposing to install. It may be to your benefit to consult with a landscape architect or other professional to help you through the process of meeting the city requirements Let me know if you have any questions. Subject: Twin City Limousine Jan, I spoke with Chris Samuel at Twin City Limousine this afternoon. Mr. Samuel informed me that his company is in the process of having a landscape plan professional drawn that would meet the city code. However, the preparation of this plan is still in progress. Mr. Samuel also asked for an time extension to allow landscape plans to be completed and the installation to begin on the proposed landscape work. If this meets your approval I am OK with additional time to be allotted for the landscape plan to be prepared. Let me know if I can answer any further questions. D.
