BEGINNING at a point 459.30 feet South of the Northwest corner of the SEI/4 NEI/4, Section 32, T-2—N,
R-12—W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski 'County, Arkansas on the east line of Rebsamen Park Road; thence S
8707'07" E, a distance of 285.40 feet to the west railroad right—of—way line; thence S 15'07'27" E along
said west railroad right—of—way line, a distance of 114.27 feet; thence N 88011'24" W, a distance of 299.61
feet to the east right—of—way line of Rebsamen Park Road; thence a long a curve to the left having a
Radius of 405.87 feet, an Arc Length of 78.08 feet and a Chord bearing and distance of N 12'43'27" W,
77.96 feet; thence N 02'36'22" E along said east right—of—way line, a distance of 39.19 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING, containing 0.76 Acres (32,990 sq. ft.) more or less. Subject to a 20 foot Utility easement
along the East side and a brick wall and chain link fence encroachment along a portion of the North side

286.00 feet to West right—of—way line of Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway; thence South 18 degrees
14 minutes 00 seconds East along said right—of—way line 113.50 feet; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes
16 seconds West 299.65 feet to the East right—of—way line of Arkansas State Highway #10 (now known as
Old Cantrell Road); thence Northwesterly along said right —of way line 78.07 feet to intersection with West line
of SEI/4 NEI/4, said Section 32; thence North 00 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West along said West
line 39.20 feet to point of beginning, subject to a 20 foot utility easement along the East side and a brick
wall and chain link fence encroachment along a portion of the North side thereof.
