filed with the Plans Development Administrator, Department of Planning and Development,
723 West Markham, requesting variance(s) from:

Commission of their views on this matter by letter. All persons interested in this request are invited to
call or visit the Plans Development Administrator, 723 West Markham, 371-4864, to review the
application and discuss same with the staff.

Attached you will find the Notice of Public Hearing. This will need to be signed and dated by you and sent by certified
mail to the property owners located within 200 feet of 1921 E 6th Street a minimum of ten working days before the
hearing. After posting the mail please deliver the receipts to my office. I don't recall if I gave you a sign that will need to
be posted on site which notes the property is be considered for a City Beautiful Commission variance. If you didn't
receive this you can pick your sign up in my office when you deliver the mail receipts.
Also, prior to the hearing could you or your engineer email a PDF copy of the site plan to my attention. I will need to
provide this to the commissioners so they can become familiar with the site and the variance requested.

Ordinances Chapter 15, relative to property located at: 1921 E 6 h Street

Request a Landscape Variance be granted to allow To allow the north south and east perimeters of
