This will need to be signed and dated by you and sent by certified mail to the property owners located within 200 feet of 1921 E 6th Street a minimum of ten working days before the hearing. After posting the mail please deliver the receipts to my office. I don't recall if I gave you a sign that will need to be posted on site which notes the property is be considered for a City Beautiful Commission variance. If you didn't receive this you can pick your sign up in my office when you deliver the mail receipts. Also, prior to the hearing could you or your engineer email a PDF copy of the site plan to my attention.
