Ordinances Chapter 15, relative to property located at: 1500 South Bowman

Request a Landscape Variance be granted to allow: A reduction and removal of a portion of the
perimeter planting strip along the north, south, and west property lines to less than the nine (9) feet
as typically required to comply with the minimum ordinance standards. In addition reduction of the
interior landscape requirements to be less than eight_(8) percent as required by minimum ordinance
standards.
