Dear Tracey,
Enclosed is an application for a landscape variance for a proposed Tropical Smoothie Store to be located
at 1510 Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock. The applicant is requesting a reduction in the perimeter
landscape requirement on the west side of the site in order to meet the minimum required landscape
buffer along the street. This request is also being made in order to satisfy demands placed on the site by
the Traffic Engineering Department .
The site is currently zoned C3 and is adjoined by commercial uses on all sides.
