I Edward J Vega, the sole owner of Hogs Breath Grill LLc dba Shooters Bar & Grill which is the entity
that owns and operates the property at 9500 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR, am submitting this cover
letter in conjunction with CUP application.
The property is being operating as Shooters Bar & Grill, our operation includes a full service restaurant
(currently not operating but with all the permits in place) a full bar with chairs, tables, sound and lighting
system.
The facility was built with the purpose of being able to hold concert, dances, comedy, and other events,
and has been doing that since its inauguration, at the moment our hours of operation are Thursday to
Sunday 8p-2a, but may reopening the restaurant in a near future and have regular hours 11a-8p and
weekends 8p-2a
Initial capacity of the main hall was 1000 people, and was later reduced to 850 when pool tables were
installed, and before we took over the building in 2011, Pool tables were not included in the sale.
Our events currently have an average of 300-500 people in attendance. We have an alcohol license and
alcohol is served in every one of our events.
