Hello, In response to your 2 questions:
1. Will the entire residence be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
2. Please provide a parking plan for the property.
Response:
1. Yes, the entire residence will be rented as opposed to individual rooms.
2. The Garage will not be available for guest parking. Guests will park in the driveway only, which is capable of accommodating up to 4 normal sized vehicles quite easily. Here is a
model based off the site plan for reference.
