To Whom It May Concern:
We are petitioning the City of Little Rock's Department of Planning and Development to
consider rezoning the single-family residence at 16 Tortoise Park Cove to allow us to operate
this property as a short-term rental.
My wife and I have years of experience responsibly managing a variety of beautifully
maintained rental properties from apartments to single family homes. We take pride in our
properties being an asset to the neighborhoods in which they're located and being respectful of
the neighbors. Our goal for 16 Tortoise Park Cove would be to provide visitors to Little Rock
with comfortable, safe, and clean accommodations as they visit the city.
