Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a parking plan showing where and how many cars can park on-site.
See attached survey. The driveway, garage, and street in front of the house are outlined and shaded red. These areas show the on-site parking available to guests. The driveway and garage
can accommodate 6 cars. Two additional cars can park on the street in front of the house without impeding the driveway or being in front of a neighbor’s house.
2. Will the entire residence be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
The entire residence will be rented as a single unit.
