A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY APPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE
4 ROCK ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSE..
7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
3 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as a member of the Little Rock
10 Advertising and Promotion Commission:
11 Tracy Cryder,appointed to fill the unexpired Industry Representative term of Jim Keet, said term to
12 expire on May 1, 2027.
13 Andy Patel, appointed to serve his first four (4)-year Industry Representative term, said term to
14 expire on May 1,2029.
15 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase or
16 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
17 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
18 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
19 resolution
20 Section 3. Repealer. All laws ordinances resolutions or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
21 the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
