Home My WebLink About16842 1 RESOLUTION NO. 16,842 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO SET OCTOBER 21, 2025, AS THE DATE OF 4 HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S 5 ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW 6 A MENTAL HEALTH AND THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY FACILITY 7 ON THE 0-3 ZONED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9621 TALL TIMBER 8 BOULEVARD(Z-10188); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 WHEREAS,Denise White has filed an appeal of the Little Rock Planning Commission's Approval of 11 a conditional use permit to allow a mental health and therapeutic community facility on the 0-3 zoned 12 property located at 9621 Tall Timber Boulevard. 13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 15 Section 1. The hearing on the appeal of the approval of a conditional use permit to allow a mental 16 health and therapeutic community facility on the 0-3 zoned property located at 9621 Tall Timber Boulevard 17 shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the board room of City 18 Hall at six o'clock on the 21'day of October,2025. 19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed 20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski 21 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas. 22 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 23 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution, which shall remain in full force and 25 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 26 resolution. 27 Section 4.
