3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT, IN
5 AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE
6 THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN DOLLARS
7 ($423,797.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE
8 EMERGENCY UPFITTING OF TWENTY-NINE (29) LITTLE ROCK
9 POLICE DEPARTMENT VEHICLES;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,to ensure public safety and operational readiness,the City of Little Rock's Fleet Services
12 Department has a critical need for the emergency upfit of twenty-nine(29)Little Rock Police Department
13 vehicles;and,
14 WHEREAS,pursuant to Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 16,677(May 6,2025),vendor selection of
15 Enterprise Fleet Management was made through Sourcewell Contract No.030122;and,
16 WHEREAS, the cost for the emergency upfit of twenty-nine (29) Little Rock Police Department
17 vehicles is Four Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars ($423,797.00),
18 including applicable taxes and fees.
19 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
20 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
21 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Enterprise Fleet Management,
22 in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars
23 ($423,797.00),including applicable taxes and fees,for the emergency upfit of twenty-nine(29)Little Rock
24 Police Department vehicles.
25 Section 2.Funding for this expenditure is available in Fleet Account No.210759-S00B399-72300.
26 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
30 resolution.
31 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
32 the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
