AN ORDINANCE TO ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN THE EXTRATERRITORIAL PLANNING
BOUNDARY STATED IN ORDINANCE # 181488
AND RESOLUTION # 11,048, TO AMEND THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes
R-2 Single Family and AF Agriculture and Forestry zone
classifications are appropriate for the property within the
expanded extraterritorial jurisdiction area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
