Reg – Rezoning property located at 9911 West Markham St, little rock AR – 72205
Respected officials,
I am writing this letter requesting to rezone 9911 West Markham Street, little rock AR – 72205 from
present use of property O-3 zone to PCD – with C1 & C2 zone. Desired use of the property for café and
snack shop including office space. This change in zone will let me use the property as cafe/ donut shop /
bakery / pizza / ice cream/ fried food establishment operation. The hours of operation will be 6am to
midnight everyday. By changing this location retail zone is not only benefits me, but it also provides
neighborhood go to food establishment store for nearby residents, offices and business places. So, I
request the planning board to approve my application and rezone this location.
