A drive-thru window will not be allowed. I agree 2. Provide the maximum number of employees at any given time. 2 employees 3. Provide seating capacity/plan for Suite A. 15 seating capacity 4. A minimum of eight (8) parking spaces will be required for Suite A and at least two (2) for Suite B. Provide parking plan (use existing survey provided with application), including any required ADA parking spaces. If approved, the parking area must be striped. Yes, already there is existing - 8 parking spaces in front of the building and 4 parking spaces back side of the building 5. A screening fence will be required along the south property line. The fence must be opaque and at least six (6) feet in height, as required by code. Yes, 6 feet fence is installed as required. 6. Dumpsters must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Yes, commercial dumpster will be placed on northwest corner of building will be screened and secured. 7.
