Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
A drive-thru window will not be allowed.
Provide the maximum number of employees at any given time.
Provide seating capacity/plan for Suite A.
A minimum of eight (8) parking spaces will be required for Suite A and at least two (2) for Suite B. Provide parking plan (use existing survey provided with application), including any
required ADA parking spaces. If approved, the parking area must be striped.
A screening fence will be required along the south property line. The fence must be opaque and at least six (6) feet in height, as required by code.
Dumpsters must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
