I am submitting a site plan by email for the referenced residential development that will include the
construction of two homes with a shared wall. These homes will be constructed using an asphalt shingle
roof and vinyl siding.
In addition to this letter, I have also provided the following documents:
1. Site plan
2. Survey of the referenced property
3. Application for Planned Zoning Development – Long Form
4. Information Sheet
5. Affidavit from the property owners designating me as their agent
6. Street Right-Of-Way Agreement
7. Replat
8. 200’ Ownership List
9. House plan
