I am submitting a site plan by email for the referenced residential development that will include the
construction of two homes. These homes will be constructed with TPO roofs and brick exteriors.
In addition to this letter, I have also provided the following documents:
1. Site plan
2. Survey of the referenced property
3. Application for Planned Zoning Development – Long Form
4. Information Sheet
5. Affidavit from the property owners designating me as their agent
6. Street Right-Of-Way Agreement
7. Replat
8. 200’ Ownership List
9. House plan
